As well at offering numerous guest rooms on the Sicilian coast La Rosa sul Mare provides various luxury apartments. La Rosa sul Mare offers Studio Apartments, One Bedroom Apartments, Two Bedroom Apartments and Large Apartments.

The apartments have all been tastefully furnished ensuring that accommodations are comfortable and relaxing. The furniture is functional and kept to a minimum giving the living spaces an open airy feel with very little clutter. Each apartment includes a balcony and / or terrace with a marvelous panoramic sea view. Some apartments even have their own gardens.

Guests staying in the apartments can take advantage of all of the services mentioned in the Services page. In addition to the amenities which the rooms include (see the Resort Rooms page), all the apartments have a balcony or terrace with a sea view, a fridge and freezer, library, laptops upon request, movies, security alarm with video camera, external and internal parking, La Rosa sul Mare club card and livings rooms in the one bed and two bedroom apartments.

Other services include the use of cots for young children, a babysitting service and laundry service. On request a continental breakfast can be served directly in the room or terrace as can snacks or lunch. We can also provide a personal chef or waiter to cook traditional Sicilian cuisine. Small pets are welcome at La Rosa sul Mare Residence.

The studio apartments contain 19th century Sicilian style furnishings, a double bed, dining table with chairs and a kitchen area with fridge freezer and a kitchen cupboard including essential utensils and cutlery. The large bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit.

One bedroom apartments have similar furnishings and a larger bedroom with wrought iron double-bed with an orthopedic mattress. An extra sofa-bed can be found in the separate lounge/dining area which has a dining table, chairs, fully equipped kitchen area and fridge freezer. The two bedroom apartment is the same but bigger and can be set with either double beds or twin beds.

The large apartment is more extensive with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a lounge area which can be transformed into a bedroom with a double sofa bed. Spectacular views of the sea and gardens can be enjoyed from the apartment. The terrace overlooks the sea and includes a table, chairs and sun loungers.
